My name is Garfield. I’m happily married with two beautiful kids and life is just perfect. Well maybe not. Maybe life seemed perfect and the devil came and rocked my damn boat. Maybe I was just going through the motions and taking my blessings for granted and I’ve been taught a few harsh lessons. That sounds about right.
I grew up in Brooklyn NY attending a Haitian church called Theophile Church of Christ. In my teenage years, I started attending The Brooklyn Tabernacle. I moved to Miami, Florida then Orlando Florida and now I live in Miami again. Marriage has been a thrilling ride and two kids definitely keeps me on my toes. I now attend Trinity Church in Miami Florida.
My wife Dominique, my sister Pascale and I decided to read the Holy Bible in one year and started in January 2008. My plan was to start this blog in unison so I can keep a blog of what I learn, what puzzles me, and everything else I feel like writing about. Well it’s April 10, 2008 so I’m obviously a little late with the blog but procrastination is one of the things I’m praying about. lol.
